1 head of cauliflower
Soy sauce
Sesame Oil
Turmeric
Ginger
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Sea salt
Slice cauliflower into even slices. It’s best to start by cutting the middle first then cutting slices out from there.. Sear on stovetop using a little butter and sesame oil. Place cauliflower slices on flattop or in a large frying pan with a weighted object on top of cauliflower to flatten. They never cut evenly so weighting them helps keep their shape
Brown one side for 15 minutes.
Flip coat other side for 15 minutes
Garnish. We used diced red bell pepper, fresh jalapeño, scallions and a little fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Can be left off to make it vegan.

Allspice
Cook all ingredients on low for 1 hour.
